Our portion of Scripture today continues the idea of relationships but there is one short line that I think sums it all up: "doing the will of God from the heart." This is the crux of the matter in relationships and in all that we do.

When we consider our relationship with one another--whether married, friends, co-workers, family, or the like--it all is a matter of serving the Lord from the heart!

What did Jesus say about the greatest commandment: "But when the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together. And one of them, a lawyer, asked him a question test him. "Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law? And he said to him." You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the Law and Prophets." (Matthew 22:34-39)

In every relationship my friends let us be the love of Jesus and we love the Lord first with our entire being!
