John 14:27 (New Living Translation)

"I am leaving you with a gift--peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give, so don't be troubled or afraid."

Let us pray together in unity of heart...

Father, today I acknowledge Your presence and embrace Your gift of peace. Help me to recognize the ways I try to find peace outside of You, as I know what the world offers me will never be enough. There is no substitute for the lasting peace I can find only in You. Although in this world there are many things I will never understand, thank You for a peace that passess all human understanding. I praise You for Your supernatural peace and receive it even now. I pray Your peace would guard my heart and my mind. In Jesus' name, the Prince of Peace, Amen.
